Meaty Must Haves For Your Australia Day Menu

Beef And Vegetable Skewers

If you’re looking for something a little more traditional than pulled pork but just as tasty, sausage & onion skewers are a great choice. Use any type of sausage along with onions cut into large pieces that won’t slip through the grates of your BBQ grill. Brush with olive oil before cooking so they don’t stick – this also adds extra flavour! Serve these up as is or with your favourite mustard. 

Lamb Chops With Rosemary

For an elegant touch that won't take too much time to prepare, lamb chops are always a great option. Rub them down in olive oil before seasoning generously with rosemary leaves and sea salt before throwing them on the BBQ for about four minutes per side (or longer depending on their thickness). Serve these up alongside roasted potatoes or grilled vegetables for an impressive presentation that will wow your guests!
